The Sienna Retail Grande Shops consist of two thoughtfully designed commercial buildings arranged around an inviting internal courtyard. These buildings are mirrored along the courtyard axis, giving the impression of a singular, cohesive structure. They are constructed using full-size brick, limestone, and textured painted tilt wall panels, all selected within a warm and inviting color palette. Careful variations in materials, paint colors, and subtle reveals were intentionally incorporated to form horizontal bands that wrap gracefully around both buildings. These bands establish a strong architectural connection and continuity between the two structures. Additionally, a 30-foot limestone tower and a 30-foot masonry brick tower are positioned at the end corners of each building, effectively framing them. These towers rise above the horizontal bands, allowing the bands to flow seamlessly through and around the towers, further enhancing the unified architectural language.
