Boucher Design Group recently completed Sienna Crossing Phase II, adding over 80,000 SF of retail and restaurant space across four buildings.

Designed to seamlessly extend the existing development, the architecture builds on a modern plantation aesthetic, characterized by earthen tones, natural materials, and pedestrian-scale detailing. The design emphasizes comfort and inclusivity through designated family and EV parking, creating an inviting experience for all visitors.

A striking 6' x 90' skylight introduces diffused natural light into the interior, enhancing spatial quality while reducing reliance on artificial lighting. Shaded walkways, landscape buffers, and cohesive material transitions further reinforce a village-like sense of place that blends well with the surroundings.
