The design uses a modern farmhouse/ranch aesthetic—gabled roofs, faux Corten, barn doors with gooseneck lighting, wood‑look porcelain and board‑and‑batten—to create a warm, welcoming place that pays homage to the Jordan family and their local heritage. Sun‑shade studies and iterative planning shaped comfortable placemaking areas where visitors can share everyday moments and lasting memories with friends and family.
